Privacy
Making an enquiry
This website links to WhatsApp and email for consultation enquiries. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens a draft message; it does not send the message automatically. Review what you share before sending.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, Instagram and your email provider process information under their own privacy policies when you use those services. Website hosting may process basic connection information to deliver pages and maintain security.
Personal details
Share only the details needed for your enquiry. Before sharing birth details or other personal information for a consultation, ask Shivangi how it will be used and retained.
Your shopping bag
The website saves product names and quantities in your browser so your bag remains available when you return. Clearing your browser storage removes this bag. No delivery address is saved in this shopping bag storage.
Shop orders and payments
When checkout opens, the name, contact information and delivery address you submit will be stored with your order to process payment, arrange delivery and answer order enquiries. Payments will be handled through Razorpay; this website does not store your card details. A private order reference is saved in your browser session so you can check payment status. Detailed retention and delivery terms will be published before orders open.
